- —50 g onion
- —1 clove garlic

Instructions
A creamy and smooth dish where spinach and ricotta come together, brightened with lemon and a hint of nutmeg.
Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic
Heat a pan and gently sauté the onion until translucent
Add the garlic and cook briefly
Add the spinach in batches and let it wilt
Stir in the ricotta and milk until creamy
Add lemon zest and a bit of lemon juice
Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
Let it gently warm through until everything is well combined
