Creamy Herb Dip with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  • Sauté the finely chopped onion gently until soft and golden brown in a dry pan, then let it cool slightly.

  • Mix the cottage cheese with the onion, chives, parsley, and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cover and chill the dip for at least 45 minutes before serving.
