Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
Sauté the finely chopped onion gently until soft and golden brown in a dry pan, then let it cool slightly.
Mix the cottage cheese with the onion, chives, parsley, and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill the dip for at least 45 minutes before serving.
