Serving Tip
Cod en papillote looks impressive but is surprisingly simple. All the ingredients go into a parchment package and into the oven — what comes out is pure indulgence: ultra-tender fish, crisp vegetables, and a soft, aromatic sauce that forms naturally. A gift to open and enjoy. Serve directly in the opened package to let the aroma and steam make your meal extra special.
Storage Tip
This dish is best enjoyed straight from the oven; leftovers can be briefly reheated, though the vegetables may soften further.
