Ingredients

  • —1 carrot tortilla wrap or vegetable wrap
  • —120 g chicken breast strips
  • —Handful of fresh spinach
  • —Cucumber slices
  • —Bell pepper strips
  • —1 tablespoon cottage cheese or yogurt cream
  • —Lemon juice
  • —Salt and pepper
  • —Paprika powder or curry powder (optional)
  • —Fresh herbs like dill or chives

Instructions

  • Cook the chicken breast strips in a pan with a small splash of water or broth until golden and fully cooked.

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and optionally paprika or curry powder.

  • Spread the wrap with cottage cheese or yogurt cream.

  • Layer spinach, cucumber, and bell pepper down the center of the wrap.

  • Add the warm chicken strips.

  • Drizzle with a bit of lemon juice.

  • Fold the sides inward and roll the wrap tightly.

  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately.
