
Chicken with Asparagus in Light Lemon Sauce
Ingredients

- —200 g green asparagus
- —1 clove garlic
- —1 tbsp flour
- —100 ml chicken broth
- —50 ml white wine
- —1 tbsp lemon juice
- —1 tsp paprika powder
- —pinch of salt
- —pinch of black pepper
Instructions
A warm and flavorful dish where tender chicken and green asparagus come together in a fresh, light sauce with lemon and garlic.
Cut the chicken breast into equal pieces
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder
Lightly dust with flour
Heat a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through
Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside
Cut the asparagus into pieces
Briefly sauté the asparagus in the same pan until tender-crisp
Add garlic and sauté briefly
Deglaze with a splash of white wine and let it reduce
Add chicken broth and lemon juice
Return the chicken to the pan and let it simmer briefly until the sauce thickens slightly
