Ingredients

- —1 tablespoon capers, rinsed

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken breast over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and a few tablespoons of water, then let it simmer gently.
- Stir the yogurt into the sauce for a light creamy texture.
- Mix in the capers and let it simmer for another minute.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over and garnish with some parsley.
Serving Tip
Serve the chicken in the sauce in a small, deep dish to let the lemon aroma rise, just like in an Italian trattoria.
