Instructions
Mix the ground chicken with the egg, paprika powder, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into small meatballs (about 3 cm) and fry them in olive oil until golden brown all around. Remove the meatballs from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes and spices. Let the sauce simmer gently for 10 minutes. Return the chicken meatballs to the sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.
