Chia Matcha Pudding

Ingredients

  • 150 g yogurt (goat, sheep, soy, or full-fat yogurt 3.5%)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1–2 tablespoons water to dissolve the matcha
  • 1 small apple or a handful of berries (as topping)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt.

  • Dissolve the matcha in 1–2 tablespoons of warm water and mix it into the yogurt.

  • Stir well to ensure the matcha blends evenly.

  • Let it sit for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the chia to thicken (or refrigerate for 2 hours).

  • Serve with apple slices or berries.
