- —1–2 tablespoons water to dissolve the matcha

- —Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt.
Dissolve the matcha in 1–2 tablespoons of warm water and mix it into the yogurt.
Stir well to ensure the matcha blends evenly.
Let it sit for at least 20–30 minutes to allow the chia to thicken (or refrigerate for 2 hours).
Serve with apple slices or berries.
