
Ingredients
- —1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- —1 small onion, finely chopped
- —1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- —500–600 ml water or low-sodium broth
- —Salt and pepper
- —Pinch of nutmeg or cumin (optional)
Instructions
Bring the water or broth to a boil.
Add the onion, garlic, and cauliflower florets.
Cook for 12–15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and optionally nutmeg or cumin.
Serve immediately.
