Cantaloupe Melon with Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast

  • 120 g grilled or cooked chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 100 g cantaloupe or honeydew melon (diced or thin strips)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A few leaves of mint or basil
  • Pinch of pepper
  • (optional) a few drops of lemon juice

Instructions

Arrange the melon and chicken breast on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and, if desired, a few drops of lemon juice. Garnish with mint or basil. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
