
Brussels Sprouts with Lemon-Yogurt and Crispy Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- —160 g chicken breast, cut into thick strips
- —150 g Brussels sprouts, halved
- —1 teaspoon olive oil
- —1 teaspoon paprika powder
- —1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
- —70 g yogurt (full-fat, goat, or sheep yogurt)
- —1 teaspoon lemon zest
- —Juice of 1/4 lemon
- —Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking tray.
Mix the chicken strips with paprika powder, garlic, salt, and pepper. Place them next to the Brussels sprouts on the tray.
Roast everything for 15 minutes until the chicken is crispy and the Brussels sprouts are golden brown.
Combine the yogurt with lemon zest and a splash of lemon juice.
Serve the chicken and Brussels sprouts on a platter with the lemon-yogurt sauce drizzled over or served on the side.

Arrange the chicken strips across the Brussels sprouts and swipe the lemon-yogurt sauce across the plate for a BAM-restaurant-style presentation.
