Brussels Sprout Bites on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • 6 mozzarella balls, halved
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 slices of Italian ham
  • 12 small green leaves (e.g., basil or arugula)

  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Steam or boil the Brussels sprouts until tender.

  • Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and a splash of balsamic vinegar.

  • Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.

  • On one half, place a piece of Italian ham, a sun-dried tomato, a green leaf, and half a mozzarella ball.
