Ingredients
- —1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- —1 tablespoon butter

- —1–2 Leksands crispbread crackers, finely crumbled
- —1 teaspoon olive oil
- —Pepper and sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook or steam the broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Melt the butter with the lemon zest, lemon juice, and thyme.
- Toast the crumbled crispbread briefly in olive oil until crunchy.
- Season the broccoli to taste.
- Drizzle the lemon butter over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle with the thyme breadcrumbs and serve immediately.
Serving Tip
