Instructions
- Cook or steam the broccoli for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

- Blend the mint, parsley, lemon zest, yogurt, pepper, and salt into a smooth green sauce.
- Place the broccoli in a bowl and arrange the warm tomatoes on top.
