- —1 generous handful of fresh basil leaves
- —1 clove of garlic
- —1–2 tablespoons lemon juice
- —Pepper and salt
Instructions
Place the yogurt in a bowl or small blender.
Add basil, garlic, and lemon juice.
Blend or puree until smooth and creamy with a vibrant green color.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
