
Avocado Tartare with Pink Grapefruit and Feta
Ingredients
- —2 ripe avocados
- —1 pink grapefruit
- —100 g feta
- —1 red onion
- —1 lime, juiced
- —1 tsp mustard
- —1 tsp honey
- —1 head of little gem lettuce
- —1 small bunch of cilantro
- —pepper
- —salt
Instructions
Juice the lime.
Cut the grapefruit à vif and dice the flesh into small cubes.
Rinse the cilantro, chop finely, and set aside a few leaves for garnish.
Peel and finely chop the red onion.
Cut the feta into cubes of about 0.5 cm.
Halve the avocados, remove the skin and pit, and dice into 0.5 cm cubes.
Mix the lime juice with mustard and honey.
Season with pepper and salt, then stir in the chopped cilantro.
Gently combine the avocado, red onion, feta, and grapefruit with the dressing.
Rinse the little gem lettuce and separate the leaves.
Fill the lettuce leaves with the avocado tartare and garnish with cilantro.
