- —– 6 white asparagus
- —– 1 tsp olive oil or ghee
- —– A few drops of lemon juice
- —– Pepper, sea salt
- —– Fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
Cook or steam the asparagus for 5–8 minutes until tender-crisp.
Let them cool slightly and wrap each asparagus spear in a slice of ham.
Drizzle with olive oil or ghee and optionally add a few drops of lemon juice.
Serve warm or lukewarm.
Air fryer: 170 °C – 8 to 10 minutes (until lightly golden brown)
Serving Tip
Serve with some steamed carrots or a spoonful of mustard vinaigrette.
Storage Tip
Store for up to 1 day in the refrigerator and reheat briefly in the oven or air fryer for a soft, non-dried-out result.
