- —60 g prosciutto
- —100 g mozzarella

Instructions
Wash the arugula and let it drain well.
Cut the melon into evenly sized cubes.
Spread the arugula over a large serving dish.
Add the melon and mozzarella.
Loosely drape the prosciutto over the salad.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Sprinkle with lightly toasted pine nuts.
