Ingredients
- —1 large artichoke
- —200 ml yogurt
- —1 tablespoon lemon juice
- —Fresh herbs like dill or parsley
- —Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cut off the top of the artichoke straight and remove any sharp tips.
Rinse the artichoke under cold water.
Boil the artichoke for 25–35 minutes until the leaves come off easily.
Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and herbs into a light dipping sauce.
Drain the artichoke well.
Serve the artichoke warm with the dipping sauce on the side.
Pull off a leaf, dip it in the sauce, and scrape off the soft part with your teeth.
Serving Tip
Serving a whole artichoke feels special: calm, pure, and almost meditative. The tender leaves and creamy heart taste even better with a light dipping sauce — simple, elegant, and perfect as an appetizer or side dish. Serve the artichoke warm with the fresh yogurt dip for a pure, elegant start to the meal.
Storage Tip
Best enjoyed fresh; store the dipping sauce separately and keep chilled until use.
