- —200 g full-fat yogurt (goat, sheep, or soy yogurt 3.5%)
- —90 g blueberries (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- —1 tsp flaxseed oil (cold-pressed)
Instructions
Place the yogurt in a bowl.
Add the blueberries and drizzle the flaxseed oil on top.
Gently stir or serve in layers.
Serving Tip
Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon or fresh mint.
