Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp gochujang (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ginger syrup
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Zest of 1/2 organic orange

Instructions

  • Ensure the butter is completely soft at room temperature.
  • Whip the butter with a hand mixer or stand mixer for 3–5 minutes until light and creamy.
  • Add the gochujang, ginger syrup, rice vinegar, orange zest, and sea salt.
  • Whip briefly again until you achieve a smooth, airy butter.
  • Taste and adjust with extra salt or gochujang for more kick if desired.
  • Before serving, garnish with extra orange zest or a pinch of togarashi.
