Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (320 °F).
Wash the vegetables and slice them paper-thin (using a mandoline or sharp knife) to ensure even baking.
Toss the slices with olive oil and seasoning.
Place them on parchment paper and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
(Air fryer: 150 °C (300 °F) – 12 minutes.)
Let them cool on kitchen paper to make them extra crunchy.
