
Ingredients
- —120 g veal mince
- —150 g sauerkraut (drained)
- —1 small leek, finely chopped
- —1 tsp ghee or olive oil
- —Pepper, salt, pinch of paprika powder or caraway seeds
Instructions
Cook the mince until crumbly with the leek and spices.
Mix in the sauerkraut and transfer to a small oven dish.
Drizzle with a little ghee or olive oil.
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 180 °C until lightly browned on top. Air fryer option: 170 °C – 12 minutes
Serving Tip
Serve in a small oven dish or on a plate with the sauerkraut visible on top. Garnish with fresh herbs or a small dollop of dressing for a touch of freshness.
Storage Tip
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave before serving.
