Ingredients

  • 4–5 stalks of celery
  • 1 small lemon, thinly peeled
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (1–2 cm), peeled

Instructions

  • Wash the celery stalks and cut them into pieces.

  • Peel the lemon and ginger thinly to remove the bitter skin.

  • Process the celery, lemon, and ginger one by one through the slow juicer.

  • Stir the juice briefly and serve immediately.
