Instructions

Briefly blanch the green beans in boiling water and rinse with cold water.
Cook the orzo according to the package instructions and drain well.
Mix the red onion with sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the green beans, orzo, tuna, roasted bell peppers, and olives.
