Ingredients

  • —120 g haddock fillet
  • —1 tsp olive oil or ghee
  • —1 tsp lemon juice
  • —140 g vegetables of choice (e.g., carrot, leek, broccoli)
  • —Pepper, sea salt, fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C or prepare a steaming basket.

Place the fish in an oven dish or steaming basket and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.

Sprinkle with herbs, pepper, and salt.

Bake or steam for 10–12 minutes until the fish is tender and glossy white.

Air fryer: 170 °C – 8 to 10 minutes
