Crunchy Fruit Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 150 g yogurt (goat, sheep, soy, or full-fat yogurt 3.5%)
  • 1 apple or a handful of berries (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon buckwheat flakes or oat flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: a splash of lemon juice over the fruit

Instructions

  • Cut the apple into small pieces or rinse the berries.

  • Mix the yogurt in a bowl.

  • Add the fruit.

  • Sprinkle the buckwheat flakes or oat flakes on top for crunch.

  • Dust with cinnamon.

  • Serve immediately.

Storage Tip
